Thanks for the thoughtful message today. It struck a good feeling that - Yes Virginia, there are people who still care about other people!

It seems like so many people are more stressed out than ever before about their jobs, duties and trying to accomplish what seems like impossible goals. Some go into self mode - not really caring about what their actions mean to others and how what they do or don't do affects those within the organization and ultimately the people it serves. I think much of this is brought on by companies that continue to pile more workload on fewer people. While I agree that efficiency to compete globally is essential, I also think the above principles could go a LONG way with moral and work ethic that seem to be diminishing.

I was trying to think of how I might be a bucker. While I had a "spoiled" childhood, I also had health challenges growing up that I had to overcome. Because of those struggles, I feel I am a bucker with a passion and persistence to get things accomplished. When others might give up, I seem to always try and find a way and many times that leads to a positive outcome - even in these times. You can always find a silver lining around the darkest cloud - but you have to look!

I also think that positive thoughts, actions and respect for all inspire the best in others. This is a very exciting concept and I hope it takes off like wild fire. :)
